TGParental Controls provides parental monitoring and control software that helps parents protect their children's online activities across multiple devices and platforms.
User Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to use this service
- You must only install monitoring software on devices you own or have legal authority to monitor
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding monitoring and privacy
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Prohibited Use & Legal Compliance
Strict Prohibition on Spying: Our services are intended solely for lawful parental monitoring of minor children by their legal guardians. Any misuse of our services for unauthorized surveillance, spying on spouses/partners, or illegal monitoring of adults is strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any attempts to use our system for illegal activities, spying, unauthorized access attempts, or other malicious behavior will be reported to law enforcement authorities. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement to identify and prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
Jurisdiction: Violations will be prosecuted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, as well as applicable federal laws.

All content, features, and functionality of TGParental Controls are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Data is processed through AI systems—no human reviews your personal data unless you specifically authorize support access
- Data is retained only for the period defined by your subscription plan tier

Limitation of Liability
TGParental Controls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our AI systems can make mistakes—no monitoring system is perfect. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Parents should maintain open communication with their children as the primary means of protection.
